The scorching pair perhaps translates feet to the fire, being held accountable for action and inaction and a vision of fire walking. Many cultures around the world practice firewalking. It symbolizes a test of strength, courage, and faith that leads to a rite of passage for the participant. The man with two faces resonated as one looking to the past to inform the one looking to the future.
The Fall Equinox occurs on September 22. The summer toil is coming to a close, and it’s time to put your feet to the fire and finish your summer work for a harvest boon. However, there will be a noticeable push-pull effect these last few weeks. Go too far, too fast, and you will burn yourself and your feet out, go too slow, and you will not finish your work for the turn of the season.
